Founder, Hanlon — AI systems for small companies
I build AI systems with a designer's hand. Twenty years across disciplines where precision and taste decide the outcome — professional freestyle skiing, DJing, frontend development, design systems — now applied to redesigning how work gets done. Born in Nuuk, Greenland; based in Oslo, Norway.
Hanlon helps SMEs redesign how work gets done so AI absorbs the overhead, people keep the craft, taste, and judgment, and the capability stays in-house.
Designer on the Rettsdata product team, leading design-system development (Judy) for the R3 legal reference platform.
Created Vev's visual design language and built the full component and pattern library in Figma (Silke); helped establish the product teams, their agile ceremonies, and the design process.

Built Burn Energy as a brand in Norway in the snowboard and skateboard demographics — pro teams, community media, events.
Freestyle skier competing in Slopestyle — European Open, World Cups, World Championships; featured in ski movies. Greenlandic champion in Slopestyle, covered three times by Sermitsiaq AG.
